DIY spa at home
Oatmeal. It’s not just for breakfast anymore. It’s great on your face. Oatmeal nourishes and moisturizes skin and it’s gentle too. It’s no wonder so many products made for sensitive skin have oatmeal as an ingredient.
What you’ll need:
• 2 tablespoons of honey – honey smoothes and brightens skin
• ¼ cup plain yogurt – yogurt clarifies the skin and refines pores
• ½ cup regular oatmeal, finely ground – use a food processor or a coffee grinder
What you do:
• After grinding the oatmeal into a powder, mix in the honey and yogurt.
• Smoothe until creamy.
• Apply with fingers or using a facial brush. Avoid the eye area.
• Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Using it in a shower will help, as the steam will open your pores.
• Remove by rinsing with warm water.
Your skin should feel great, look calm and glowing!
