Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Do not enter this Register to Win if you are not, at the time of entry, age 18 or older. The Register to Win begins on February 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59pm (EST) on February 29, 2012.

How to Enter:
Complete the entry form located at http://www.spa50.com including all required information. After you complete the entry, submit it and you will be entered. Entries are due by 11:59 pm (EST), February 29, 2012. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Participation is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 or older as of date of entry. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of 2 Smart Cookies and spa50 (collectively, “Sponsors”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of promotion materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. Promotion may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. You are not authorized to participate in the Promotion if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Participants must provide a valid e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, whether caused by Internet users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Register to Win, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Register to Win. In addition, Sponsor is not responsible for failed, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or misrouted electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment associated with or utilized in this Register to Win. In the event of a dispute regarding the individual who actually submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

All requested information must be completed to enter. No purchase is necessary to claim prize. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address, two per family or household. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the official rules of this Register to Win. For a copy of the official rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2 Smart Cookies, LLC, dba spa50, Register to Win, Official Rules, P.O. Box 290918, Temple Terrace, FL  33687-0918 by February 29, 2012. Vermont residents may omit return postage. This Register to Win is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are age 18 and older. Employees, officers, directors, and shareholders of 2 Smart Cookies, LLC, dba spa50, its promotional partners, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members and/or persons living in the same households of each, are not eligible for this Register to Win. This Register to Win is void where prohibited.

Drawing:
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about March 1, 2012 from among all eligible entries received the prior month. Judges’ decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Register to Win. ODDS OF WINNING ARE BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. Winner will be notified by e-mail.

Prize:
Assortment of products from Nardo’s Natural.  The package includes a Face Cream, a Body Lotion a Face Cleanser Exfoliant, Citrus Bath Salts and a Peppermint USDA Organic Lip Balm.

Prize package must be redeemed no later than May 31, 2012. Prize package is non-transferable, may not be extended beyond the validity dates, and retains no cash value. Prize package may not be combined with any other voucher or other special offer. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is US$105.

General:
All taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes not identified above are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except as provided herein. In the event any Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. The winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within 5 calendar days of the date when such documents are sent to winner, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All Prizes will be awarded to verified winners. By entering the Register to Win, participants agree to release 2 Smart Cookies, LLC, dba spa50., its subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising, Prize suppliers, promotional partners and promotion agencies, as well as its and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and shareholders, from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Register to Win or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize. Participants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information by Sponsor, or any party authorized by Sponsor, for advertising and promotional purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of noncompliance with the official rules, if a winner cannot be reached at the e-mail address in winner’s entry form within 5 calendar days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the particular prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to a participant’s system that is occasioned by participating in this Register to Win or by downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion. Any dispute or claim arising out of the play of this Register to Win, or any disputes with site users which arise as a result of the use of this website, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without respect to conflicts of laws principles. Any such claim shall be brought and maintained in the federal or state courts of the State of Florida. If any provisions of these official rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft, or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Entries that have been tampered with are void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, has threatened the operation of this Register to Win or website, or violates these official rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Register to Win should viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
