Nudity at the Spa

I remember the first time I got a massage.  My husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday.  I was excited but apprehensive.  Do I have to get naked?  Are the lights on in the room?  Is it a guy or a girl therapist?  I had so many questions. 

As it turned out, it was a guy.  The spa informed me that I could choose to be completely naked or could leave on my underwear.  I chose the latter.  I was nervous and felt like I would never really relax.  But yet I really got a lot out of that experience. 

The bottom line is that the therapist is there to help you.  They can't get to those muscles if you are wearing a parka.  Did I mention I go "commando" now?
