Fight the Dimples with Rosemary Oil
Wednesday, June 01, 2011
Yikes. Summer is upon us which means shorts, skirts and dare I say, bathing suits. It’s a time most of us hate, especially if you’ve been plagued by thigh dimples. Cellulite. There, I said it. Even the name is ugly.
But here’s something that may work to reduce the appearance of cottage cheese. Head to your local health food store and pick up pure rosemary oil. Rosemary oil is a natural diuretic, known to improve circulation. In the shower, add the rosemary oil to a loofah mitt and scrub cellulite-prone areas. The steam and heat work with the oil to release the body of excess water.
DO NOT USE if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure. If you have any medical condition, please make sure to consult with your doctor before trying this remedy. If you get the green light, make sure you purchase only pure and natural oil.
Happy scrubbing!
