spa50 is the brainchild of 2 hard-working mothers and friends - Tylene Headley and Kelly Seeley. They bring to you over 40 years combined experience.
Tylene is a graduate of University of South Florida with a degree in Psychology and has a background in management, sales and day spa marketing.
Kelly is a massage therapist and successful former owner of the number one rated day spa in Temple Terrace for five years and the recipient of the Ed Hanna 2009 Business of the Year award as presented by the Greater Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce.
Tylene and Kelly are raising children, raising husbands and raising a business. Raise the roof!
It's me, Tylene
Co-founder of spa50! I am married with two children, ages 5 and 2. I love to laugh and to make others laugh. In fact, doing amateur stand-up comedy is on my Bucket List!
I first met Kelly years ago when I was working in management in Corporate America. Someone referred her as a massage therapist because of back pain I was experiencing. What I found was that it was a great release of stress so I started scheduling regular appointments.
Instant Friendship -
We became fast friends and eventually we had dinner with the husbands. As the years progressed, we went through milestones together; we both adopted children, Kelly got pregnant, I left the corporate world and Kelly expanded her business.
Joining Forces -
If someone told me back then that Kelly and I would be business partners in the spa industry, I would have told them they were crazy! But fast forward and here we are! Our goal is to make spa-ing affordable, give great resources to spa-goers and help the spa owners by providing them a way to advertise.

Co-founder of spa50! Here’s a peek into my life. I am a mother of 3 wonderful boys, a very lucky wife, friend, daughter, sister and honored business partner to Tylene Headley. If anyone close to me would describe me, they would say that I love to help people!
The Beginning –
I started out as a massage therapist over 22 years ago. I owned a wonderful little day spa in Temple Terrace Florida for 10 years. The spa was voted #1 day spa 5 years in a row and was presented with The Ed Hanna Business of the Year Award for 2009.
The Conception –
spa50 was born out of the downturn in the economy. Everyone around us seemed to be under stress and we knew that people needed spa services more than ever but the challenge was “how do we provide them these stress relieving tools at affordable prices?” So we decided to run some fun specials to get people to understand the value of what they were missing. We knew we were on to something great, a way to help the spa and the spa-goer, hence the sale of the day spa and the birth of spa50.
The Birth –
spa50 provides me with the satisfaction of helping people in two ways. The first helps to satisfy a much needed channel for the spa-goer to relieve stress by providing specials, do it yourself tips and a little humor. The second, which is near and dear to my heart, allows us to help spa owners by providing valuable tools to assist them in running their day to day business successfully and efficiently.
